Spoke to the Dr this morning on the phone as usual, and he wanted to poke and prod my stomach so I arranged to go in just before my link workers appt. 
Lay on the sofa until mid afternoon and walked along in the pouring rain. 

He is fairly sure it is a flare up of my Duodenitis caused by anxiety/stress. He has upped my tablets and given me a Gaviscon type liquid. 
I then moved to the next room for an hour with the link worker, which ended up being like a therapy session of sorts. 

Walked along to the chemist for my extra tablets and since it had stopped raining took a detour home and all of a sudden things are looking very Autumnal.
