Water

I go to Edinburgh for a conference. The roads are inundated, two very extensive lakes between West Linton and Lamancha.

Bus from Penicuik. Dry cleaning for Megan. Swag from the conference. Fermentation buckets from Brewstore. Then back to Penicuik.

A quick conference call with California on the way home. Then I sidle past a “Road closed” sign and head for Lamancha. The water has subsided and I get through without issue.

Angus wisely decided not to try to get to Dumfries. He’s had a relaxing day. We assemble a crew and put the feet off his trailer insert into wood preservative to soak.
