Disruption!!!

Well so much for getting lots done today. I had a flipping message from NHS track & trace saying that they had been given my details as someone who had been in close contact with someone who has tested positive. The system said I didn't need to self isolate but had to get a PCR test... so I headed up to Great Park testing station, which threw my plans for the day.
The results came back very quickly the following morning (less than 24 hours). Negative ...and no symptoms whatsoever thankfully...so could get on with my usual appointments the next day. Thank goodness the self isolation rules have changed.
