No quiz!

After all my rushing around yesterday I was a little tired today and planned a quiet day. Made breakfast fir Miss PHL and her friend and then vegged on the sofa with the dog until lunchtime. Stirred myself to tackle the ironing and then get ready to head out to the meet my friend and get puppy for the Thursday night quiz.

Arrived to find a busy pub but no quiz as they’ve cancelled it till the new year. We had a pheasant dinner and catch instead.

I also seem to have booked a holiday - a week long cruise on the Queen Elizabeth in February travelling to Lisbon from Southampton and back again. Better start saving!
