The Forgotten Ball

Following a me-March challenge on another site. Today's theme is "Something I noticed today..."

Today I noticed this crystal ball sitting in my china cabinet. I had borrowed it from friends ages ago and just realized I'd never gotten it out to play with! So, today I did!
