Another pub lunch

The garden at today’s pub is still looking surprisingly summery. It is an attractive welcome, and today the pub was very busy with lots of families out for half term. They were all so happy.
We lunched with friends Helen and David. Helen was a school friend and we have managed to stay in touch over the years despite both couples living abroad at various stages of our lives. Now they have at last settled in England and we get a chance to meet up with them. Such a pleasure.
