Sunburst

Mr B kindly offered to prepare chicken casserole and veg for a friend. So I took the goodies round to her. Stayed and chatted for a while.

Popped into Aldi on the return. Then hoovered the car and cleared it out ready for Wednesday’s handover.

A salad at home. Checked the mail. Had confirmation of the date (December) for my cataract No. 1 procedure. States we both need to self-isolate for a week before. Mr B not happy at all.

We went for our walk quite late. Windy and cool on our walk down to the Pier. The sky was wonderful, with these stunning sunbursts.

Did our ‘steps’. Then back for dinner (I’m still cutting back, starting to look better, about 4/5 lbs off so far).
