Another bird (a tit of some sort)

Seems to be a time for capturing birds at the moment. Well I sat by my bird feeders for nearly an hour with camera poised and nothing wanted to eat anything! (is that a double negative?)
Anyway this little fella was in the tree and obligingly posed for me so reasonably pleased. I'm also sure one of you will be able to tell me what sort of tit it is :)
