today sadie and I played barefoot on duke's campus, enjoying our find of a clover field. she kept picking flowers and sticking them in between my toes [and trying to eat them].

after her dad came home, I made it back to my place in time to watch the sunset from my porch, cold beer in hand.

not a bad day whatsoever.
