Crossing Venice Boulevard

One of the purposes of staying a few nights here is to get a sense of where the walkable neighborhoods are. There are definitely things within walking distance of where we are staying but a visit this evening with Amanda one of my new colleagues showed us that there are some very lovely areas around Santa Monica that are much more walkable. Inevitably they are universally desirable and very expensive!
