Welcome to Vietnam

After arriving in Hanoi 24 hours later than we should have we were greeted by the most friendly hotel staff at the Elegence Ruby Hotel. We were brought freshly squeezed mango juice and then shown to our room with flowers everywhere (even on the face towels !). Vietnam really are ahead of most other countries when it comes to service and they made a fantastic first impression.
