Chicken in Town

I was driving down Cornwall Street, heading home from book club at Lyz’s house, and I found myself in slow traffic, surrounded by costumed parents and kids. I didn’t know there was an early Halloween day in downtown Bellingham. Since I hadn’t taken any photos today I grabbed a few shots out of my car window. This large chicken caught my attention.

There were six of us at book club. It was so great to be together in person. We met in Lyz’s garage which was like having an outdoor picnic indoors. I really love my art lady friends.
