Bit of time spent over at the Ashley Terrace Boathouse this morning - bottom snap is an 'after' picture; with the top snap being 'before' ...

... to remove all that growth from the front-gutter involved a ladder, which was carefully positioned inside a rowing boat, which was itself tied up alongside the Boathouse!

All very exciting stuff ;-)
