Another beautiful day . . .

. . . unfortunately! Rain was forecast but, although everything was wet this morning, the sun shone all day long.
Gyp is unwell and there was a lot of diarrhea on the small back lawn. Can’t pick it so hoped some good rain would help. The weather is bizarre. Certainly colder but no rain. Forecast tomorrow again.

Just been stretching our legs in garden by sunflowers. I suppose it will be dark at this time tomorrow?

Horrid trip to big Super U this morning to try to find new small cafetière. They have none of any size. Very little coffee too. I’m convinced there’s much lower demand as everyone is using pods and electric machines. There’s a huge range of these on the shelves
