Scruffy

......... a part of the garden that needs a bit of chopping back. The bush on the left is an old buddliea that gets huge every year despite a good pruning in the autumn and I wanted to fill up the garden bin before it gets emptied on Monday ........ our council are already making noises about stopping collecting the garden bin ( or delaying emptying it ) because of the HGV driver shortage and we have loads to go in it at this time of year......... for some reason hubby was reluctant to chop the buddliea, so he concentrated on the leylandii hedge ( which is huge .......... you can see it towering above the buddliea ) and the hazel trees. There is still a bit of room in the bin so I’m hoping to get the buddliea chopped tomorrow ;-)
