One day early

This year, E decided to design a different type of pumpkin lantern by not cutting through the skin entirely.  Very effective it is too.  Unfortunately she's a bit haphazard when creating art and put, discarded flesh, seeds and bits of outside skin altogether in one bowl that I couldn't be bothered to sift through, so no pumpkin soup.  I did fish out some pumpkin seeds that I'll give to the birds.
