Iconic landmark for Kamloops!

This is Mt Paul at the junction of the the North and South Thompson Rivers. These rivers were used by the First Nations Peoples as well as the Hudson Bay fur traders.
The Catholic Church Indian residential school in Kamloops recently discovered over 200 First Nations unmarked graves.
I had a chance to have a visit with my 95 year old mother who lives near where this picture was taken . She once again beat me at 500 rummy and insisted that I pay her a dollar for losing:-)
