Gyro

Pork gyro.

I usually get the falafel plate here, but occasionally I have to get the gyro. I've never seen pork on gyros anywhere else (beef and lamb is ubiquitous), but they claim fatty pork is more typical in Greece. I'll have to visit sometime the verify this claim. For science, of course.
