Waiting

We were hoping to take some poeny roses to our friends 150th birthday celebratory brunch today- but no, they were not ready. However, we could take our first 3 red roses buds, which were lovely.

Our friends (husband and wife) had their 75th birthdays 2 days apart, so they had their celebration in between. It was very special to be with them, their family and 2 other friends to celebrate. Knowing people for more than 55 years is a privilege!

Jill took me to the golf practice range to get get more flexibility back into my swing- it was fun, and I improved slightly. Jill has improved a lot in the last 5 months that I haven’t been playing….I’ll have to catch up a little!
