MrsB and I had a walk to Wigan Pier this afternoon to greet someone who has walked much further!
Amal the puppet refugee girl was visiting the town to highlight the plight of refugees, and although the weather was typically northern(!), hundreds of friendly Wiganers turned out to see her!
