Playing

This morning was stormy - torrential rain and howling wind. Then by midday the sun was out and all was calm and clear. Sadly the rain started again, just as the village children were Hallowe'en visiting. 

I have had a day playing. I am starting a short online course on colour and design for textiles and for the first session we had to gather as many different drawing tools as we could and then explore their possibilities. I had a great time finding things I hadn't used for years ( a delight finding charcoal and pastels), things that I have for the grandchildren and also things I use every day. Such fun exploring/playing with it all. Paint tomorrow!
