Waiting for Spring!

A very lazy day today.

Spent an hour photographing and then processing images from ice this morning, went out for an hour looking for inspiration for subjects for Tuesday nights club meeting, and then a couple of hours working through mono processing in PS (rather than using SFEx Pro - which is great but am looking for more subtlety).

Todays images were not the best to start with and I wasn't sure which to go with. See the icicle for comparison. I like it as a graphic abstract image, but is a less popular kind here. So, the landscape with heavy cloud and band of light on the horizon. Still some slivers of snow lying about. Would rather have some nice sunshine...
