Happy Hallowe'en ...

... says this chipmunk youngster!

We got a lot done today ... at the home and on the road!  

But before all that I put out some Hallowe'en props for the chipmunks and squirrels! I was laughing my butt off over this tiny chippy youngster's antics in and around my vignette!  And took lots and lots of pictures ... it was hard to narrow it down to this one.  

We did more shopping today followed by a nice walk at Housenick Memorial park ... until it started raining! Today's weather was mostly cloudy with only the occasional sunshine.  But I was hoping the rain would hold off until after our walk!  It didn't! We had to rush back to the car with Richard holding his coat over us both!  Crazy!

We have not had any treat-or-treaters ... which is not unusual as we live on the dead end street.  We typically only get the neighbor's twin grandkids.  I make up special goody bags for them every year and I think they enjoy that.  They're ten years old this year so I'm not sure if they will dress up next year ... time will tell.
