Quite Cross Buns

You know how it is when you blip, everything becomes a blip possibility. So when H mentioned this morning that she was going to make hot cross buns I was double pleased as A) they would be great and B) I'd have a blip. Alas the yeast was dead so the first lot were a tad doughy. This is the second batch just out of the oven in the nick of time for a blip before we head out for a curry.

Whilst H has been making batches of hot cross buns, I've been digging out the border on the drive, thrilling is not the word but I think I've earned the curry.
