Shadowy Character

Our neighbor shamed me a few days ago by mowing his lawn (and the small adjacent portion of ours). Today was sunny, though not warm enough to dry the grass, but I decided to mow our back lawn and trim the edges. 

One thing led to another, and I found myself digging out moss and weeds in the joints of the driveway. My supervisor (Hamish) was happy to be outside, but he kept trying to wander, finally disappearing. While I was searching the neighborhood in a state of panic, Cynthia texted me to inform me that he had returned and was frantically searching for me!
