La Eléctrica Mahonesa.

Designed by Francesc Femenías y Fábregas (1870-1938), this was the site of the first power plant on the Balearic islands.
Femenías worked for 31 years in Mahón, being the only architect. His work for so many years meant a profound transformation of the city, being the introducer of a whole handful of architectural elements that have helped to change the image of the old nucleus of the Menorcan capital.

The building is now occupied by Pedro's Boat Centre.
