..my plot had some leeks in it..

..but they all went to seed after last years really dry summer, and I'm being serious here.

So I've dug them all out, and this picture is just to show BowBelle how dry it is.. The stuff to the left was radish that had gone to seed, a friend was going to harvest the seed for green manuring but didn't (I didn't harvest them because they were full of Cabbage stem flea beetle grubs).

So, yes, we do get disasters as well as successes..

There have been absolutely no photographic skills used in this shot..
