Still going strong

H's Dahlias and she's cut me a few for my friend R's return home from hospital after her knee op.  Not sure exactly when that will be as R has had a few post-op problems, but I'm going to her house tomorrow to return some washing I've done, put the flowers in a vase in the hope that she will be home soon enough to see them.

A bit of a hectic day here, weather a little calmer but I've still not had time to go for a nice walk, do my exercises or even a row of knitting!!
