Charlie’s girlfriend has played an absolute blinder. She organised for four of Charlie’s Guernsey friends to converge on Liverpool ahead of his birthday on Monday. They were waiting down at the docks after Anna suggested that they go and get a bite to eat. He was so shocked. I’m just delighted for him and very thankful to her.
