Cyclamen

After gym, I cleaned up in the back yard. It's cold. I cleaned the windows, drained the rain barrels and collected loose leaves from the path. The wormery also had to be checked.

Later this morning, I made a walk and included the very first training session of a start-to-run course I did a very long time ago. The foot felt good :-)
