Our beautiful Birds of Paradise

Glad I can finally blip our blooming birds of paradise. They’ve taken ages to bloom in our garden. I thought we were never going to see them, especially since they’ve been in bloom all over the place. Anyway, it’s our turn now and I am so enjoying them. Lots more buds appearing :). Happy face.

Didn’t feel 100% today and thankfully I was able to rest and not feel the burden of fixing/doing/finishing things around the house.

I did spend some time on a songbook I’m putting together for the ladies’ Bible study group I attend. Will be good to have a selection of songs to choose from in one place rather than having to type up words every week.

In other news, my sister GadgetKid and G got to visit Dubai Expo today!!! I’m so jealous. I so want to visit it. We’ve been to the last two Expos (London and Shanghai) and I REALLY want to see this one too. Hopefully will get to travel to Dubai …. soon!
