Carmarthenshire Dutch Cheese in Pembrokeshire...

One of our favourite Farmers' Market stalls in Haverfordwest is the Dutch cheese man from Caws Teifi Cheese, Llandysul in Carmarthenshire.

They make their own cheese and now GIN! We were given a taster on his market stall in Carmarthen a couple of days ago and bought a bottle. This is an artisan botanical gin and is just the best in the universe. Called Da Mhile (pronounced da vee-lay) it has a wonderful flavour of flowers and pepper and cloves and juniper and....we love it....
