Cistus

I started the day with a sprint cycle class, its so aerobic I spent the rest of the day pottering around recovering.  An enjoyable class though.  It was quite a sunny start to the day and I almost thought about going out for a blip.  By the afternoon however the weather was more cloudy and we had some rain and I thought maybe I should go onto the allotment but by then it was too cold outside.  So todays blip was of the colourful Cistus plant in the front garden.
