Cousin Dana

I got some housework and reorganizing done, then went for a walk with Dana. She has been busy officiating at the polling stations for the past two weeks so I haven’t seen much of her. A while back she brought some old photos round for me to see. This one was of her as a young girl, which she gave me permission to share.
The day went a bit ‘pear-shaped’ after we got back from our walk - one of our employees didn’t show up for his shift, so David had to step in to cover. Then, while working, he got injured by the lever from the lever-pull espresso machine that sprang back to hit him in the face and he had to rush off to the Health Clinic to get some stitches.
But he valiantly soldiered on when he got home with his cooking a delicious fresh trout for dinner and then a dessert for tomorrow’s birthday dinner for Rachelle. Not much will stop this man!
