Leaving .....

...... Club!
It is 9am as I was leaving the club, was in pool by 7.35am.was really pleased that I managed to complete my planned routine, which i hadn't been able to do since June ( only doing shorter sessions) , so it did feel good tho' right hand still very painful and back certainly knows I've done this routine?
When i arrived at the club the sun rise was so beautiful I really should have captured it , but instead I've caught the sun and shadows.
I've now got a load of washing in the machine, hopefully that will dry.

Thoughtful ..... that maybe I should put the car in the garage now as I needed to scrap the ice from the windscreen before I could move this am. 3% c
