Crab and Lemon Risotto

This morning I went on “Ancestry” top check something and suddenly it was lunch time! Today's picture is the first of the recipes that I cooked from yesterday's Gousto box. I added extra green vegetables and served it with the rocket that came with it. It was very filling and actually did not need the extra vegetables.

The is not a lot to photograph in the garden, so today's picture is the Crab and Lemon risotto.

This morning we had the first frost of the year, but it disappeared quite quickly and we had some sunshine. It was very cold all day and the temperature at GMT today in my home village was nine degrees Celsius.
