Open the curtains and nice to have a sunny start to the day.

As you can see the beech tree is now almost bare.
The sunshine continued for most of the day.
Put some washing out, but if didn’t dry completely as our garden doesn’t get any sun now.

A visit to the doctors to have our annual bloods and blood pressure taken.
Unfortunately we both have slightly increased blood pressure, and so have to do a Home Blood Pressure Monitoring Diary for a week.
Knowing me that is bound to put my blood pressure up!
May be the reason for me is because of my wrist. X-Ray booked for the 13th November.
For Mr C because of his leg.
The nurse said both would be taken into account when assessing the results.
So will have to wait and see.
