Home Hot Desking

Hot desking at home.  Sometimes I work at the dining table in our patio room, sometimes in the claimed-back front room desk, sometimes at this desk here and this morning, unusually for me, I worked upstairs in what we call the 'sofa room' and in which we put a little desk in as we haven't had anyone to stay over for the last 21 months.  In fact, we haven't had anybody in our house apart from essential work people, never mind anyone staying over!   Instead of traipsing up and down the stairs a couple of times with my laptop, pencil case, earphones, notebook, iPad, phone, water bottle etc, I thought I'd use this box, which was in the hall in the pile of things to go up to the attic.  

It's now early evening and I've done a good few hours of Aptis, some emailing, attended a 1 hour webinar this morning, went for a walk in the afternoon to chip some steps off the 10,000 daily steps.  I'm now at 9,600 as I try to walk back and forward in the house while doing Aptis speaking tests. 

Now for dinner.  Thinking of meatballs, but not sure if I can be bothered making them now.   It might be a baked potato and cheese!
