Signing

As hinted in yesterday's entry, we are in the U.S. to finalize our purchase of a small condo. We have been searching the past couple of years for a "summer" home as the temperature/humidity during Zihua's hot season have become less and less enjoyable. That is why we traveled so extensively the past couple of summers, to escape the heat and look for an additional home. It all came to a head three days before we left for Spain a little over a month ago with the acceptance of our offer. Today was the culmination of lots and lots of electronic paperwork with an in-person signing in front of a notary (the guy in the mask). We are excited to take possession tomorrow!
