Coniston Fells

First day in The Lakes, walking the old railway line through Torver. Sublime light with storm clouds, sunlight, rainbow and the Coniston Fells on the skyline. The peak in view is called Little Arrow Fell and Coniston Old Man is in cloud behind.

Four miles walked in total and never got wet. Hollie had a swim in the lake but the light was not great for photos so I chose this scene for my blip. 

Good day to start our holiday and Hollie has done well, so it's looking good for the rest of the week.

Bonus is it's the speed week on Coniston Water and planning to walk the Western shore to spot some power boats tomorrow.
