Flower bed

I forgot to take a picture earlier, so here is my little flower bed after dark.  I saved some tulip bulbs this spring and planted them here, in the foreground.  We had a peony bush here which had outgrown the spot.  I got my husband to move it to another location (which he complained about).  There is a smaller peony bush, also some petunias, and a tall skinny rose plant, which I am not too sure how to care for (also lots of leaves which have fallen and blown in).  Also a set of plastic flowers which are solar powered and light up at night.  Hopefully everything survives until next spring.
