Five A Day

During the first Lockdown finding Farmer Jacks was a Godsend. They sell locally grown fruit and vegetables together with eggs, meat and bread. The weekly shopping treat was a joy with a stopover there before the supermarket. I still shop there en route to the Click and Collect service at Tesco.
Apart from that I enjoyed 20 mins on the seafront in the sun. It was so warm with just a very gentle breeze. There were people swimming.
