I was certainly being given the look by one of the alpacas as I walked by on the way to the farm shop for some vegetables this morning. It’s neck looks like a wooly jumper. The flooding on the road has now subsided and is passable although very muddy. There was a lot of work going on. I think we will soon have a new path to explore to replace the one leading to the Little Otter river path. All the wigeon, gulls and other ducks were making full use of the flooded cricket pitch this morning. They enjoy their temporary shallow lake.
