Longdendale Trail

Today we visited some shops. We rarely go into any shops and today we visted some we have not been in this year. 

We bought Light Bulbs and can't remember when we last bought any 5 years perhaps.   The good LED bulbs bought then have lasted a long time and are still working but others we have just managed without as they stopped working.  It was getting dark in some rooms :-)

We had a tip off about some birds and were pleased to see they had waited around for us so we could get the shopping finished.

The bids are favourites Ring Ouzels  2 seen with Blackbirds and some other Thrushes. The Ouzels ( and probably some of the Blackbirds) may have migrated from Northern Europe as most local birds will already have headed South to North Africa for the Winter.
