Early appointment at my podiatrist at 9am - bit of a shock to the system that!

Here we have the main counter at Cafe Nero as we sit at the window with our afternoon refreshment

was supposed to be going to Bridge of Allan to meet my friend and baby Rose but Rose has been throwing up this morning and seems to have a bug.  So we have re scheduled.  She said to come to the house but I declined given the sickness bug !

What a beautiful autumn day it was.
