View onto Priory gate

Taken from the East side of Lincoln cathedral and done for wide Wednesday. I have used the thumb nail for the blue house in which William Byrd used to live . He was the organist and master of the choristers 1563 to 1572 .Lincoln was his first professional appointment. I do have a book of 45 of his Psalms, Sonnets and songs   for 5 voices some of which I can listen to by transferring them onto a score program have and listen on my keyboard, Oh the beauty of modern technology.

On the model front I have reverted to calipers files, small files ,small clamps and a small vice !! But it is getting there slowly .
