Homegrown and ready to go in the first brew in Cumbria which is now in the fermenter. 

We have very soft water so I have a spreadsheet and it’s added up to quite a bit more DWB to burtonise the brewing liquor. Also spent a lot of the day just working out where all the bits of brewing kit are and where best to do the brewing.
