Last pickin'

I picked the last of the sweet peppers today . I kept some for us and put the rest on a bench on the beach with a free sign. They were so pretty I hope people will find a use for them. I make pepper jelly and it is quite good...add a hot pepper to the recipe to give it a kick! you can find a full recipe on Pinterest.
SWEET PEPPER JELLY
3 Red Peppers
5 cups Sugar
2 cups Vinegar
1 3 oz. Liquid Pectin
2-4 oz. Chili Peppers


ENJOY with cream cheese and crackers
