Easter Simnel tray bake

A new recipe made for my Grandad as an Easter gift. It's a fusion of cherry bakewell tart & a traditional Simnel cake. It contains all his favourite things (& mine actually), marzipan, almonds, cherry jam & fruit. Delicious!
