Autumn

After a visit to the dentist (actually the dentist was not there, but I had a session with the wonderful hygienist), I walked down to the river and followed it back into Appleby. What a lovely sunny morning, the trees were looking glorious and there were some great colour reflections. A few people out walking in the sunshine. 

Then I met up with Gordon who had been been at the Gym and we went for a cafe lunch. It always feels strange doing that when it is only five minutes from home, but it was good all the same.
